Preparing for Your Rental

Our heaters can effectively heat a room up to 250sq. ft with an 8ft. ceiling.  

If the room has no doors, such as a living room, quilted moving blankets can be hung to trap heat in the room.

Rooms should not be overly cluttered.

There are 5 plug-ins total. 

Four cords come off the heater and pull 8 amps. 

One cord comes off the fan and pulls 2 amps.

• Ensure you have 45 amps of total circuit identified.  This can be done with a combination of two 20 amp circuits and one 15 amp circuit. 

To ensure bed bugs in all life stages die, the room and everything in it must reach 120 degrees

Heating time takes between 8 and 20 hours and varies depending on the room size, amount of clutter and initial room temperature.   

If you have multiple rooms to heat, 

 we recommend renting one day per room.
